Patancheru Becomes Golden Land

Anybody who has ever seen Hyderabad about 15 years ago would never had imagined that Patancheru would one day become the Golden land that it is now. In the earlier days Patancheru was considered an industrial area and people would fear buying lands there as the water and land were polluted. So much so that the industrial development authority had given up hope of developing this area and the land was being given to big IT companies. Two big IT parks are coming up there in coming 2 years.

Now the scenario is all changed and land is a premium in this area and thanks to the many ventures coming up there. The farmers have become rich with the escalating prices here. It's not just the people from near by areas who are buying up land here. Many people from different parts have already invested and are already reaping good benefits. Patancheru also is growing much faster than other areas in and around the city and it is now the golden land in Hyderabad.

As real estate is in slump now, investment experts are advising to buy the lands at this juncture for better growth of asset value in coming future.
